Since the last year, the subject of business ethics gets great attention for many reasons.

On the top of those reasons comes the loss of moral valves as well as the conditions that management puts for away from a transparent oral environment.

The political system of the developed countries, socialist or capitalist, their lows and constitutions, and ethical treaties could not curb the damages which were the results of the retreat of the moral valves.

Consequently, the administrative corruption is one of the major issues that should have a remedy.
