الملخص AR

إن مشكلة البحث الحالي تتمركز في الضعف الذي اعترى العلاقات الإنسانية، و تفضيل الأفراد لمصلحتهم على مصلحة الآخرين، و غياب مبدأ التضحية من أجل الآخرين و الالتزام بالحقوق، و الواجبات فضلا عما نراه من سلوكيات في المجتمع تتمثل في عدم التعاطف مع الآخرين، و تقديم المساعدة لمن يحتاج إليها، و غياب المشاعر النبيلة التي تربط سلوك الإنسان بالآخرين، و من هنا وجدت الباحثة أن الاستغلالية هي إحدى المشكلات التي ينبغي دراستها لما لها من تأثير كبير في التماسك الاجتماعي، و الديني الذي نحن في أمس الحاجة إليه، لأن التفاعل الاجتماعي السليم يعد عاملا في بناء شخصية الفرد، و تكوينه، كما أن العلاقات الاجتماعية السليمة تعد هدفا من أهداف التطبيع الاجتماعي الذي يؤكد على، إبراز العلاقة التعاونية مع الآخرين، و إغفال الجوانب المادية، و النفعية عن طبيعة تلك العلاقات و يكون ذلك بالكشف عن الشخصية الاستغلالية، و بناء برنامج إرشادي للتعرف على أثره في إمكانية تعديل هذه الشخصية لدى طلبة كلية التربية لاسيما و أن طلبة كلية التربية يتم إعدادهم علميا، و تربويا من أجل أن يكونوا مدرسين سيشاركون في إعداد و تنشئته جيل المستقبل.

الملخص EN

The problem of this present research is represented in the weakness infected the humanitarian relations and the preference of the individuals for their personal interest rather than the interest of the others , the absence of the sacrifice principle for others , commitment with rights and duties in addition to what we see of the behaviors within the community represented by unkindness with others and provide assistance for those who are in need for, the absence of the noble emotions connected man with the others.

Thus, the researcher finds exploitation to be one of the problems that should be studied its considerable effect on the social and religions consistency for which we are in need for.

The intact social reaction is a deemed factor in building and forming the individual personality and it is one of the objectives of social normalization that insists on merging the cooperative relation with others ignoring benefit and financial aspects.

Detecting the exploiter personality and building a counseling program to identify this personality effect on the possibility of amendment or modifying it for the undergraduate students of College of Education, who are prepared scientifically and educationally to be the future teachers contributing in preparing the future generations, is the main object of the study.

Objectives of the study This study aims to modify and amend the exploiter personality of undergraduate students and from this objectives subsidiary objectives as emerge, follows: 1.

Building a scale to reveal the exploiter personality of undergraduate students of College of Education , University of Basrah.

2.

Building a counseling program to amend and modify the exploiter personality of undergraduate students of College of education , University of Basrah.

3.

Identifying the exploiter personality level of undergraduate students according to the variables of gender, academic stage and specialty 4.

Identifying the effect of the counseling program on amending the level of the exploiter personality of undergraduate students.

From this objectives, the following hypotheses, can be formed: 1: - There is no important differences among the means of the scores the experimental and the control groups in the pre-test.

2: - There is no important difference among the means of experimental and the control groups in the pre-test of the scale of the exploiter the personality.

3: - There are no important differences among the means of the scores of the experimental and the control groups in the post-test after exposing the experiment group to the counseling program.

Limits of the study: The present study is constrained to the undergraduate students of College of Education, University of Basrah for the academic year 2002-2002 from both genders for four academic stages and for humanitarian and scientific specialties.

Theoretical framework This study includes theoretical framework through which all theories that interpreted the exploiter personality and how to treat or amend it are exposed.

Erick Frum is thus focused upon and treated comprehensively, since it is considered a varying and short procedure of treatment and it forms the bas is for most of the educational and social strategies followed in adjusting the Exploiter personality.

Methods and materials:First: Study tools: a.

A scale of Exploiter Personality: A scale is built for the exploiter personality depending upon thte heoretical framework of Frum Theory.

b.

The scale consists of 32 items after being verified from the apparent truth and distinguished validity and internal synchronization as its validity is calculated the correlation coefficient is (0222-0222).

Second: The Counseling program The counseling program is prepared upon the module of five steps as it is designed according to the mode of treatment applied by Frum so that the individual program is convened within 24 individual sessions, each two sessions per each undergraduate student commencing on Jan.32122002 in which the strategy (Treatment of Frum and strategies of the social education Theory)is applied.

The time of session is ranged from (30) minutes to (60) minutes .

Also, the counseling program includes collective program during which it is convened forty eight collective sessions in which the strategies (Instructing, lecture, discussion, social enhancement, feedback, mode the solving problems, home works, counseling periodics) are applied and commenced on March 22322002 .

The time of each session ranged from half to one and a half hour.

Sample of The Study: The sample of the study is consists of: 1.

Samples for building the scale.

This sample consists of (400) students and the sample for applying the scale consists of (403) students of College of Education, which are randomly selected.

The experimental sample which consists of (20) female students.

Empirical Design The pre and post test procedure is used to a sample consisting of )20) males and females representing the experimental undergr aduate group of the stndents of College of Education .

This experimental group has recoived the same councelling proceelures Cnshether indindual or group councelling ) , howener they differ in the kinds of activities employed since They vary according to each participt’s personalty .

The controlling group , on the other hand , has not receined avry kind of councelling .

This group consists of (10) femeles only , ofter balancing all other vanables Statistical Processes: The date of the study have been analysed by the ANOVA test and some parameter and non-parameter tests (Man Whitney and Wilkinson tests).

Results: The results arrived at can be summed up as follows: 1.

The results of this study show the divergence of exploiter personality among undergraduate students of College of Education.

2.

The results refer to the effectiveness of the counseling program applied in the present study, that employs different activities and strategies in amending the exploiter personality.

In the delight of the conclusions of the present study, the following points are to berecommended:- 1.

The possibility of benefiting from the present counseling program at psychological care and Counseling center at University of Basrah.2.

The possibility of utilizing the exploiter personality elements in the got to in this research in preparing targeted activities and program to suppress growing or formation such personality.

3.

Involving academic textbooks at schools, institutes and colleges to insist on the ethical, social issues showing the benefits that can be got by the individual from being insistent on the scientific and educational standards through Ministry of Education and Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research so as to show its considerable effect on representing the scientific and educational affairs and behavior elements to contributed in developing and advancing students in the community and lessening the exploiter personality.

The necessity of directing media means [audio, visual and read] especially TV to increase programs and episodes showing the ethical principles and values of Islam and the life mode followed by the Prophet insisting on denying the exploiter personality encouraging the spirit of benevolence, assistance , cooperation and sympathizing with other’s sufferings.

5.

Teaching children during their social daily life to be good examples through their attempts to deny exploitation and ego attitudes and encourage them to assist others.
