The researcher adopted the technique of field study which resulted in a number of conclusions.

Among them is that this phenomenon emanates from the economic, social , geographical and security variables .

the researcher recommends that that the government should take serious measures to provide residential units and enhance the city' master planning.

Specialized committees should be formed to investigate economic and social reasons behind illegal random building and suggest plans for treating this problem
