The current research aims to illustrate the importance and the role of management practices for school administrators intermediate school in A1 Ahmadi in Kuwait through artistic practices to the school principal and administrative practices of the principal of the school and it was the most important results that the administrative side of the post of Director of the school is to regulate the management of the school its elements different even realized the process of teaching and learning and the technical side of the job and the school principal means bringing about continuous improvement and thoughtful in the educational process as a whole.
