Abstract AR

The study aims at finding out the extent of assessment of overall quality practice in Family Associations from the viewpoint of those who work in those associations in Buraydah and AL Russ.

A social survey method was used for all workers (96) who work in Family Associations in Buraydah and Al Russ.

The study results revealed that the practice of TQM in the Associations based in Buraydah is higher than those of Al Russ which was medium.

The study also found a statistically significant difference in the overall quality practice between respondents in Buraydah and those of Al Russ.

Regarding quality practice, there are also satisfactory significant differences between the leaders and administrators of Buraydah Associations.

Leaders are more concerned about quality practice than administrator.

Whereas, there are no statistically significant differences between the leaders and the administrators of Al Russ Associations in assessing the quality practice.

Finally, the results of the study revealed the presence of statistically significant differences between the leaders of Buraydah Associations in assessing the TQM practices within their associations as compared with those of Al Russ.

The study comes up with a set of recommendations; mainly the Ministry of Social Affairs will establish a national quality corporation.

This corporation works to assess the quality and support the work of associations and social institutions that serve the community.
