The Arab countries occupy an important place in the international oil market.

What strengthen this position is its dominance over the greatest part of the confirmed international reserves of oil.

Being produced and exported to foreign markets at international level, Arab oil becomes an important source of investment able to fulfill global needs of energy in the future horizons.

As a result Arab countries are situated at the top of world countries; they are claimed to insure a part of international needs of oil in the next decades.

There is no doubt that the pivotal role that will hopefully be done by the Arab countries in the future in the oil market would be fraught with a number of challenges that must be taken into account.
