School is one of the official social institutions of great importance in the process of socialization and education.

It fills many functions and roles in the formation of elites that make improving society, and satisfy its needs for human resources in various fields, as well as in education and immunization of children against deviant and delinquent behavior.

The best investment is the investment in human resources, and the future of nations and peoples is based on youth, provided that they are well prepared and supervised by a good education .

Education in it broadest sense deals with different aspects of personality: the mental, psychological, physical and behavioral ones.

Concerning the behavioral aspect, which seems to be the result of the interaction of all aspects of the personality, the school is responsible of the formation of Man and not only the formation of the pupil or citizen, to be a source of happiness and peace for himself and for others and not a source of misfortune and suffering for himself or others.
