Abstract EN

The task of the judiciary systemis to establish justice and prevent or remove injustice, settle disputes, delivery of rights; integrity and regularity of people’s affairs and well being; safeguarding the integrity of the nation and security of the state; promotion of welfare and prevention of evil in general.

As a result, the judiciary system aims at preventing the violation of the principle of legality.

The judiciary, both administrative and public, operate in accordance with the provisions and principles of Islamic law and are characterized by independence and impartiality and exercise their jurisdiction in accordance with the precepts of Islamic law, the provisions of Basic Law of Government (Constitution), the judicial system and the Board of Grievances Act in order safeguard the principle of legality in the Kingdom.
