Abstract EN

Heresy has been one of the most dangerous terms and concepts which led to dispute, disagreement, laceration, disturbance, and conflicting hasty judgments against people of the nation throughout our Islamic history, especially in our modern age.

Despite a lot of talk in it the part of the scholars, we still find those who confine or broaden it.

Consequently, most of the recent dispute in aspects of worshiping can be attributed to not verifying the essence of heresy.

In order to verify it , we must refer to evidence of law of Islam and its scripts.

Hence, I attempted to collect all scripts which contribute to comprehending it thoroughly, which in turn I inferred rules in dealing with it.

I have come to the conclusion that heresy is everything new with no basis in doctrines or worshiping.

My findings are in conformity with the majority of scholars of the nation and its researchers, in contrast to what contemporaries raise.

They incorporate into heresy irrelevant judgments such as controversial issues which have one aspect of judgment.
