يعمل المشروع الثقافي للعولمة على توحيد القيم و التصورات، و الرؤى و الغايات، و تنميطها، ثم فرضها على المجتمعات الإنسانية كافة، معتمدا بالدرجة الأولى على وسائل الإعلام و الاتصال، و كل ما له صلة بالخطاب المرئي، الذي يوظف الصورة كي تخاطب العالم بلغة موحدة يفهمها كل العالم، تستبطن مضامين مضمرة تتيح لها إمكانية تحديد الوعي، و من ثم فرض مشروع الاستلاب في حق المنتسبين إلى ثقافات الهامش، و عزلهم عن فضائهم الثقافي الخاص، و تحويلهم إلى حالة أخرى غير التي كانوا عليها في طبيعتهم الأصلية.
Abstract EN
The Cultural project of globalization works on the unification of values, perceptions, visions and goals and their standardization.
It, then, imposes them on all human societies relying primarily on media and communication means as well as on all what is related to the visual discourse that employs the image to address the world with a universally understood and unified language.
This project hides behind its message implicit meanings that allow it to possibly neutralize awareness, and then imposes a project of spoliation on the members of marginal cultures; isolating them from their own cultural space and transforming them to a state other than their original nature.

Le projet culturel de la mondialisation oeuvre pour l'unification et la standardisation des valeurs, perceptions, visions et fins pour les imposer par la suite sur l’ensemble des sociétés humaines.
Pour ce faire, il s’appuie en premier lieu sur les média et tout ce qu’il a trait avec le discours visuel qui emploi l’image comme moyen de communication dans un langage unifié dans le but d’être appréhendé et compris par tout le monde.
Ce langage, ayant des contenus implicites, puisse neutraliser la conscience, et, par la suite, imposer un projet d’aliénation aux gens de cultures marginales afin de les isoler de leur propre espace culturel, et de les convertir à un état étranger autre que le leur.
