Since the beginning of human being’s civilization, health has been a fundamental humanistic activity for the survival and continuity of mankind.

Due to its functional integration with other systems as to social structure, health has become the most outstanding parameters in development.

The issue of health hasn’t been placed in the front rank in some societies for many considerations.

Thus, we shall present some social patterns to show up the plans that have been adapted in the field of health, they are also to help us understand to what extent societies are concerned with health, initially developed societies, developing societies as well as local and international organizations.

L'intérêt pour la santé est né à l'aube des civilisations humaines, car elle assure la survie de l'espèce humaine, étant un élément présent dans sa structure sociale, elle est ainsi devenue l'un des paramètres les plus importants du développement global; une importance majeure lui a été accordée dans les programmes de développement global.

Toutefois, les sociétés ne lui accordent pas la même importance pour différentes considérations.

Nous présentons dans ce contexte plusieurs modèles provenant de sociétés développées, en voie de développement et d'organisations internationales et territoriales.
