البيئة الاقتصادية الدولية الجديدة تتطلب إصدار نظام مالي عالمي مما يلزم إعادة تحديد العلاقات المالية الدولية.
اعتبارا لتداعيات العولمة المالية التي جعلت الأسواق المالية أكثر ارتباطا مولدة للعديد من الأزمات المالية التي هزت العالم و ضربت أقدس أسس النظام الرأسمالي العالمي و انتقلت تداعياتها بشكل هستيري إلى الاقتصاد الحقيقي على الصعيد العالمي.
تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى محاولة فهم جذور أزمات النظام الرأسمالي، ثم البحث عن الوسائل و الإجراءات التي من شأنها أن تساعد على الحيلولة دون حدوث ركود عالمي، و على ضوء ذلك يعتبر تطبيق ضوابط الاقتصاد الإسلامي علاجا واقيا و ناجعا لمساعدة النظام الاقتصادي العالمي.
Abstract EN
Tie new international economic environment requires the passage o؛ a financial systïm separated by national borders to a global financial system.
Since it is indeed the phe^menon o؛ financial globalization, it is expected, in this context, everywhere, to د redefinition o؛ inevitable international financial relations, because they are becoming incr^singly interrelated and, above all, interconnected.
However, doubt persists in the minds respond to the seriousness o؛ the turmoil of the inie-n.Ttion.Tl financial crisis that shook the world with violence and struck the ^'orltl capitalist system.
Ihe origin of the crisis of the capitalist system lies in the very development ٠٢ financial markets that have the opportunity to use all the financial innovations and changes to the traditional banking model.
One consequence of this crisis is alread)' visible on the gro^'th (and the real economy) and inflation levels world^'ide.
The main purpose of this communication is to try to better understand the roots ؛٠ the international financial crisis and to analyze the causes, which 11؛'اا then seek the tools and procedures that11؛'اا best help to avoid stagnationل1آه'ا'ا and, finally, to see whet the opportunities for application of Islamic economy to assist the global economic sy'stm.

دا n©uvelle conjoncture économique internationale implique le passage d’un système financier séparé par des frontières ™tionales ف un système financier global, □éslors qu'il s'agit bien du phénomène de la globalisation financière, on s'attend, dans ce contexte, un peu partout, ف une redéfinition inéluctable des relations financières internationales parce que celles-ci deviennent de plus en plus liées entre elles et, surtout, interdépendantes.
Cependant, le doute dans les esprits persiste face ذ la gravité des remous de la crise financière internationale qui a ébranlé le monde et frappé avec violence le système capitaliste mondial.
L'origine de la crise du système capitaliste est ذ rechercher dans le d^eloppemen•.
mène des marchés financiers qui ont offe't l'opportunité d'utilisation ذ toutes le؛ innovations financières et modifié en profonceur le modèle bancaire traditionnel.
L'une des conséquences de cette crise est déjà visible sur la croissance (et l'économie réelle) e؛ sur les niveaux d'inflation mondiale.
L'objectif essentiel de cette communication sera de tenter de mieux comprendre les racines de la crise du système capitaliste et d'en analyser les causes; ce sera, ensuite, de chercher les outils et les procédures optimales qui vont permettre d'éviter la stagnation mondiale; et, enfin, de voir quelles seront les opportunités d'une application de l'économie islamique pour prêter main forte au système économique mondial.
