The study attempts to measure the impact of revenue and public expenditure in the context of the general budget of the state on the indicators of macro-economic equilibrium in Alegria during the period (1970-2011), using models of vector autoregressive VAR, and depending on the outcomes of the program «Eviews» and thus the Study aims to reach to be considered as a result of the spending and tax policy approved by the Algerian government in the period from 1970 to 2011 as a tool to adjust the macro-economic.
