While indication of speech in Latin dictionary cotains discussion and also meaning .Modern linguistic defined the geography of speech at the limits of sentence whereas it got interest by discribing it as a union that contains a system condition .This is not available to division when if we see the meaning of speech as it is pronounced and that forms a substantial union submissive to the meditation .

In fact, the speech is a hierarchy of followed sentences that form its meaning at the end.

This given conception of sentences does not decrease its value of becoming a speech.So ,if elements such as :word, voice, and tone form the frame of setence and build the meaning , this does not empede the study of speech from a linguistic view.
