Abstract EN

This paper investigates the concept of truth through the many and varied verses which highlight it in the Holy Qur'an.

The different aspects of TRUTH are also scrutinized: (1) the importance of truth, (2) kinds of truth, (3) attributes of truthful people, (4) those who are known as truthful from the followers of God’s prophets.

The research paper used the inductive method to analyze the verses of the Holy Quran, and the deductive analysis to uncover the topics of truth in the Holy Quran.

Results of the study: - The number of verses which highlight truth is 155 verses.

- The topic of truth needs a study broader in scope.

- Recommendations of the study: - An encyclopedia is needed to examine the explicit and implicit topics in the Holy Quran.
