يعد محصول الشوندر السكري / البنجر المصدر الوحيد لإنتاج السكر في سورية، و تعد نيماتودا حوصلات الشوندر السكري / البنجر Heterodera schachtii من أهم الآفات التي تصيب نباتات الشوندر السكري أثناء زراعتها في الحقول السورية، مسببة خفضاً خطيراً في محصولها.
من أجل ذلك، فقد تم تقويم فعالية أربع عزلات محلية من الفطر V.
chlamydospornum تم عزلها من تربة حقول الشوندر السكري / البنجر في سورية، و عزلتين من الفطر Paecilomyces (P.
lilacimus، و P.
variotii)، بالمقارنة مع مبد الكاربايل (carbary1) في مكافحة تلك النيماتودا على نباتات الشوندر السكري صنف "ريزور Rizor"، و ذلك في تجربة أصص تحت ظروف البيت الزجاجي.
تم كذلك تقويم تأثير تلك المعاملات في مؤشرات النمو النباتية لنباتات الشوندر السكري المختبرة.
أوضحت النتائج أن جميع المعاملات المختبرة قد أدت إلى خفض معنوي (P ≤ 0.05) في تكاثر النيماتودا على النباتات المختيرة.
و كانت أكثر المعاملات فعالية هي عزلة المائية (DSMZ) من الفطر P.
lilacinus (73.45 %)، تلتها العزلة رقم 26 من الفطر V.
chlamydosporium (61.06 %)، ثم مبيد الكارباريل (59.29 %).
كما أدت المعاملات المختبرة إلى زيادة معنوية (P ≤ 0.05) في نمو النباتات الملقحة بالنيماتودا، و ذلك بالمقارنة مع نباتات الشاهد الملقح بالنيماتودا فقط.
و كانت المعاملة بالعزلة رقم (DSMZ 14052) من الفطر P.
lilacinus أيضا هي الأكثر كفاءة في ذلك، حيث أعطت تلك المعاملة ضعف الوزن الرطب للمجموع الجذري في نباتات الشاهد السليم غير الملقح بالنيماتودا، تلتها العزلة قم 25 من الفطر V.
chlamydosporium، التي لم يختلف الوزن الرطب للمجموع الجذري فيها معنويا عن مثيله في نباتات الشاهد السليم.
Abstract EN
Sugar beet is the only source of sugar production in Syria.
The sugar beet cyst nematode, Heterodera schachtii is one of the most important pathogens that attack this crop in Syria causing serious yield losses.
In this study, the efficacy of four V.
chlamydosporium isolates plus two isolates of Paecilomyces (P.
lilacinus and P.
variotii), as compared to carbaryl were evaluated against H.
schachtii on sugar beet in a greenhouse pot experiment.
The effects of these treatments on the growth parameters of the sugar beet cv.
Rizor were determined.
The results showed that all treatments significantly reduced (P ≤ 0.05) the reproduction of H.
schachtii on the sugar beet tested plants.
The most effective treatments were; P.
lilacinus (the German isolate DSMZ 14052) (73.45%), followed by V.
chlamydosporium (isolate # 26) (61.06%), and carbaryl (59.29%).
However, all treatments increased (P ≤ 0.05) the growth of sugar beet plants inoculated with H.
schachtii.
The DSMZ 14052 isolate of P.
lilacinus again was the most effective, where the root fresh weight was almost double of the root fresh weight of the healthy (non-infected) plants.
The isolate # 25 of V.
chlamydosporium ranked second to the German isolate of P.
lilacinus in this respect, where the root fresh weight did not significantly differ from that of the healthy plants.
