Abstract EN

In this stadies the issue of search mechanism employing information technologies to achieve the role of reformer in the economic structures and in the development of community facilities .

Upon the application of automation , the system becomes a programmatic Senior Director and Permanent Per events that take place in the automated administration .

So the question of Tmahas preselected and guarantee its quality is a matter of no less importance on the issue of selecting someone Director himself .

Show the role of automated systems in cognitive and social development and in the reduction of administrative corruption .

Show the possibility of the application of the automated selection and trade-offs among applicants to jobs.

Hence, we proceed to another issue which is the selection criteria for administrative leaders , Venhaddd some steps that should be done by choosing the competencies required by the desired functions .

The issue of administrative mediated automated systems and specifications after converting people (candidates ) to a series of classified job-related items required , we find that the application of automation can be a solution to the problem of personal bias in the selection of managers and leaders .The application of this idea in terms of social and political Mstsab to some extent , but at the same time can be a way out and Halal satisfactory for some cases that clothe self justification vital merits warrant recourse to the methodology proposed in the automated selection
