Abstract EN

The purpose of this study was to identify the types of Managerial Communication, and the dimensions of TQM applied at Jordan custom from the viewpoint of study sample, and test the relationship between Managerial Communication application of TQM.

To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and developed distributed to the population of the study, consisting of the occupants of supervisory positions (managers, assistant managers, heads of departments), totaling (85) employees, appropriate methods were used to analyze data, using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS).

Key findings of the study: 1 - All the dimensions of Managerial Communication prevalent in Jorda Customs, to varying degrees, and college degree estimate is very high.

The level of awareness toward TQM and its various dimensions was very high.

2 - Results of the study showed a statistically significant effect ( α ≤ 0,05) of Managerial Communications in each of the dimensions of TQM (Senior Management Support, Training, Continuous Improvement, and Teams Work Forming), while there was no statistically significant effect( α ≤ 0,05) in both dimensions (Customer Focus, and Involvement of Workers).

The study also recommended the need to rely more on young brains in the filling of supervisory positions, upgrade the use of electronic communications, and senior management has to continue providing material and moral support, to implement TQM, particularly through reward and motivate employees creators.
