The importance of the study to determine ways to integration Algeria into the knowledge economy, the knowledge society do not grow only within an environment of knowledge and its role in the community and economy, and the need to know has become more challenging, but the need to achieve sustainable development through the attempt to account for the difficulties faced by Algeria in the production of knowledge in light of rapid technological developments.
