Abstract EN

According to what have preceded, the role of the climatic characteristics and their relationship with the breeding of the ruminants in the province of Meesan has been demonstrated within this research.

This study also included two chapters as well as an introduction, location, area, and conclusions.

The first chapter included the geographical distribution of the ruminantsin the province of Meesan, and it was shown that its numbers vary from one directorate to another, with the sheep topping the numbers of the ruminants, then comes cows, goats, and buffalos.

The second chapter included the climatic characteristics that are related to the breeding of the ruminants.

It has been shown that the climate is generally fit for the animal breeding and vegetation.
