Abstract AR
سعى الاتحاد الأفريقي إلى التعاون مع منظمة الأمم المتحدة لمواجهة التحديات الأمنية و تسوية النزاعات الإفريقية، مستندا في ذلك إلى ميثاقها من جهة و قانونه التأسيسي و البرتوكول المنشئ لمجلس السلم و الأمن من جهة أخرى.
و لتكريس هذا التعاون الاستراتيجي عملا على التنسيق بين مختلف أجهزتهما و إنشاء آليات في إطار الشراكة و التشاور لتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة.
و قد تجسد ذلك التعاون في إطاره التطبيقي من خلال التدابير المتخذة و التعاون المتبادل بين الاتحاد الإفريقي و الأمم المتحدة خاصة أزمتي دارفور و الصومال.
Abstract EN
The role of the African Union is to ensure peace and security in Africa.
To this effect, it cooperates with the United Nations, by relying on the chart specially its fundamental rules, and its Security Council Protocol.
In order to promote their strategic and effective cooperation; using their different Organizations, and create other mechanisms for partnership and cooperation to realize their shared aims, which are exemplified in their bilateral intervention in the Darfur and the Somalian crises

L’Union africaine essai de coopérer avec l’organisation des Nations unies pour le défi sécuritaire et régler les conflits africains.
Elle s’appuie d’une part sur la Charte et d’autre part sur le règlement et le protocole portant création du conseil de sécurité.
Afin de promouvoir une coopération stratégique et efficace, ils ont créé d'autres mécanismes de partenariat et de coopération en vue de réaliser leurs objectifs communs, illustrés dans leur intervention bilatérale dans la crise de Darfour et la crise somalienne
