Its turns out that the guarantee of an issuing body posture is far from being easy.
This contribution will attempt to answer these questions and others by taking as an example"El Albassaer wa Dakhareir" of Abu Hayyan Tawhidi who Knew how to build consensus among a brilliant instance of the author, the instance of the issuer and the text.

Il s’avère que garantir la posture d’une instance émettrice est loin d’être facile.
C’est à ces questions et à d’autres que cette contribution tenterait de répondre en partant de l’exemple d’ «Al Bassaer wa El Dakhaeir» d’Abu Hayyan Tawhidi qui su comment établir un brillant consensus entre l’instance de l’auteur, l’instance de l’émetteur et celle du texte.
