The United Kingdom is one of many states that realize the importance and seriousness of the issues of Iraq.

Britain has allied itself with the US to lead the world, participate in the second Gulf War and finally the occupation of Iraq in 2003 despite the British and international opponents.

As well as the United Kingdom is owned by the possibilities of advanced technologies, particularly in the field of international media.

But Britain was able to tame them through tax exemption and provide financial facilities.

The relationship between the means of the British International media and political parties is an effective one because these means have huge potential and great ability in directing the British public opinion.

One of these means is the international newspapers among which the “Times” newspaper is one of the most important international journal in the world due to its domestic and international public opinion.

This study is to detect the role of “Times” newspaper to highlight the Iraqi affairs and its political situations after the American-British invasion in 2003.

It is divided into three parts.

Part one deals with the problem of the study, its aims, and ends with defining terms.

Part two is divided into two sections: the first studies the political situations in Iraq after 2003, and the second section studies the history of “Times” newspaper.

Part three analysis Iraqi affairs in “Times” newspaper within the specific period of the study and ends with conclusions.
