The study aimed to identify obstacles supervisory work of the Inter-oriented education and director of the school, from the perspective of managers basic education schools in the city of Homs and the disclosure of the differences between the answers of respondents in their estimates of the obstacles supervisory work of the Inter-oriented education and director of the school from the perspective of supervisors and managers depending on the different variable Occupation (router / director), experience, training.

It was the use of descriptive analytical method to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire as a means of collecting data and information.

It included 38 items distributed on the five areas of study administrative and organizational aspects, preparation, qualification and professional growth, the nature of the relationship between the router and the educational director., technical performance, personal qualities The study population consisted of all supervisors and managers in basic education schools in the city of Homs for the academic year 2013 / 2014. The study sample included the entire population of the study was to use some statistical methods such as grades and averages, and analysis of variance and t-test and the correlation coefficient Pearson) and reliability coefficient (Olvakronbach.) The study resulted in the following findings: There are differences between the answers of respondents are statistically significant variable depending on the job (director of the school - an educational prompt) all came in favor of school administrators.

The lack of differences between the responses of the sample depending on the years of experience variable.

There are differences between the mean scores of do not have the training and the training of their semester or more, and for the benefit of those who have the training.

The study recommended the following Pre-service setup for each of the picks of the principals and supervisors of their supervisory tasks, and be seen to the process of educational guidance by those responsible at the level of the ministry and the departments of Education and at the field level as a process of comprehensive, integrated in its objectives, functions and parties.
