We want through this article discuss the experience of work relations.

The experience of work relations in the third world, and about the Algerian experience in particular.

For this purpose, we can say that the evolution of work relations, and through those, labor laws are historically linked to the level of development of society: economically, socially, culturally.

Starting from this idea, we can distinguish three groups of countries, societies, based on the development of work relationsThe first group concerns the highly industrialized countries.

The second group concerns the countries of Eastern Europe newly built to the European Union.

The third group concerns the third world countries, including Algeria

Nous voulons à travers cet article discuter du vécu des relations du travail.

Le vécu des relations du travail dans le tiers monde, et l’expérience algérienne e particulier.

A cet effet, nous pouvons dire que l’évolution des relations du travail et à travers celles –ci la législation du travail se sont liées historiquement au niveau du développement de la société : économiquement, socialement, culturellement.

Partant de cette idée, nous pourrions distinguer trois groupes de pays, de sociétés, sur la base du développement des relations du travail.

le premier groupe, sont les pays fortement industrialisés.

Le deuxième groupe, sont les pays de l’Europe de l’Est nouvellement intégrés à l’union Européenne.

Le troisième groupe, sont les pays du tiers monde, dont l’Algérie
