Abstract EN

In this research we study a phenomenon in "Sahih Al Bukhari" his "Tarajem", which is the Hadith that he uses as chapter titles without declaring its nature.

Those are different from Al Muallagat phenomenon "Ascription of an Islamic Tradition" which proves on the whole his wide knowledge in Hadith roles and standards.

We found some of these Hadith has been deduced in "Sahih Al Bukhari"and in the same chapter.

The Tarjamah "chapter title" then is a part of the Hadith or it is the Hadith itself, or may deduced them in another chapter, and most of them other narrators had deduced them.

Most of these Hadith, are authentic and based upon their roles and standards.

Some of them are weak –with variation in the degree of weakness-.

"Sahih Al Bukhari" is not completely pure and clear of an inspiration for the thinker with a critical or juristic Nuktah "useful advantage" in the ascription or in the text.
