Abstract EN

Banks moved pidlyfromtraditionalbankingservicestoelectronicbanking services, because of the technological development of the world, where thebanksmade significant investments in in the field of technology and provided it.

This study searched at the impact of e-banking services in achieving competitive quality for banks operating in the city of Riyadh from the customer point of view.

Questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, in which (422) single sample was analyzed in the whole city of Riyadh men category.

The study found a positive correlation between the bank providing electronic banking services and gained a competitive advantage, and that operating in the city of Riyadh from the men customer's.

As it becomes clear that the website considers the most important services that favored clients among other electronic banking services, and the study found that the respondents agree depending on their demographics (such as age and educational level) and electronic banking services have a positive impact in achieving competitive advantage.
