Abstract EN

Despite modern studies ascertain the positive effect of innovation and creativity on Enterprises development, this subject is still based on theoretical approaches rather than being debated on practical ones.

Further, researches in determining the concepts of innovations are very diversified, however, it can be said that practical researches in domain of innovation are for a little.

As far as Algeria is concerned with innovation applied on enterprises, the idea of finding ways in measuring the extent to which innovation is being applied.

Therefore, the main question has been raised as follows: What is the reality of creativity and innovation in Algerian enterprises? The answer to this question is based on a field study based on theoretical study, and statistics that issued by various bodies.
