This study aimed to discuss the issue of utmost importance, and of endowment reserve public employee from work, and the consequent legal, psychological and living results in the case of stop work temporarily while being under investigation whether it be a disciplinary or criminal, and with its serious consequences for career year for the employee.

The study findings need to be Endowment Reserve controls in accordance with precise legal requirements, and that it is applied in narrow as widely as possible.
