Abstract EN

We can argue that, dissidence from political parties become remarkably a common phenomenon of political life in Algeria and Morocco, we can notice also that different aspects have been drawn the causes of the outspread of this phenomenon in the two countries, in particular, political system characteristics in those countries contribute its power to conduct political parties’ sphere severely.

In other words, political dissidence from political parties is a reflection to several fragilities within political structure of parties, such absence of democracy rituals in their organizational behavior.

Otherwise, there have been many concerns emerged within political parliamentary in Algeria and Morocco, those concerns came from political itinerancy of parliament members, and its comprehensive impacts over the whole political process and institutions, and threatens also the credibility of political system itself.
