The right to assemble or the pretense the peaceful among the most important rights guaranteed by the stipulations of the conventions and charters, they have included successive constitutions and legislation provide this right, however, the constitutional and legal safeguards is still limited, prejudice to the right to peaceful assembly.

Le droit de manifester pacifiquement est parmi les plus importants droits garantis par la les chartes et les conventions internationales.
Le législateur algérien a consacré ce droit sur la base stipule dans les conventions internationales ratifiées par l'Algérie, et il l’a inclus dans toutes les constitutions algériennes successives.
Mais les garanties constitutionnelles et juridiques sont encore limitées et ils restreignent ce droit.
