Abstract EN

The employment’s promotion political and combat unemployment, which was began work in Algeria since 2008 represents the beginning of a new policy reform at the level of the employment sector, concretized by an action plan includes seven major axes.

The characteristics of this reform appeared in the desired objectives announced by the ministry of the work and employment and social security.

That reflects the new direction of the state focused on the necessity of dedication of the work product by solving the problem of unemployment with an economic approach.

Thus, we aim of this article to demonstrate if this policy of unemployment is internally consistent with its means and goals, and externally consistent with the policy of Higher Education and Foreign Trade, to the level that ensures the achievement of the objectives.
