The success of the teaching-apprenticeship process is based on a set of elements that must be considered and could not be ignored.
The teacher is considered as one of the most important elements concerning the different roles assigned to him, especially with the new educational reforms especially that the older programs focus on the cognitive side.
The teacher is no longer the only person who knows everything and who transmits the information, now he plays the role of facilitator for the learner, counselor and advisor.
Indeed, these roles are not easy to achieve.
For thesereasons, itbecomes essential to providehim a training course whichisappropriate tothese new pedagogical prospects in the field of training of formers.
This article attempts to treat a model out of many, based on competences, and aims to provide the teacher with a set of competences thatwillenablehim to fulfillhis profession.
