Abstract EN

This study aimed to explore the Allocation Efficiency of the Palestinian Stock Exchange, by identifying the role of difficulties faced by the exchange in effect on the elements of efficiency, to explore its role in supporting the national economy.

Through the analysis of stock market performance during the previous years, and a field survey.

In order to achieve this goal a select sample of the psoriasis research community, estimated at about 150 single-out of (5000-8000) investor.

Results of the analysis indicated that the Palestinian stock market does not have the key ingredient for the efficiency of operational and aggregate, which is difficult to get adequate information on the companies and their shares easily, rising costs of dealing in the market.

As well as the lack of a sufficient number of listed companies on the list of trading in the market, acquisition of some companies to the largest share of trading volume in the already weak market.

The market suffers from weakness in the confidence of investors and not convinced a lot of dealer’s feasibility of investment in this stock because of repeated loses, and the low level of investment awareness among dealers in the market.

As shown by the results of the analysis that the market operates according to the degree of efficiency is weak.

This market is likely to have some negative effects on the wealth of individuals and their savings, for the evaporation of their investments and savings.

Thus, the Palestinian stock market did not even play now the role required of them in supporting the national economy and development.
