Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of school administrations in the care of students with disabilities in public schools in the governorate of Hebron, according to several variables:(Gender, qualification, years of experience, the location of the school, and the Directorate), and to identify areas of care to students with disabilities: Health care, social welfare, Mental health care, Education and welfare, The provision of materials and tools necessary for the disabled.

This study has followed a descriptive analytical method, the study population consisted (411) director working in the governorate of Hebron.

For the purposes of data collection questionnaire was used consisting(29) paragraph, (268) questionnaire were recovered from the field (65.4%).

The study results indicated that the departments of the school a major role in the care of students with disabilities in public schools in Hebron governorate with average(4.09), according to Likert five-measure in general, The areas of care in descending order: Educational care, psychological care, social welfare, provision of materials and tools needed for a disabled, Health care.

As it turns out there is no statistically differences in the role of school administrations in the care of students with disabilities in public schools in the governorate of Hebron, according to the variables:( gender, qualification, years of experience, the location of the school, and the Directorate.
