Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقويم جودة كتب الحاسوب المدرسية للمرحلة المتوسطة في العراق وفق معايير رابطة معلمي علوم الحاسوب و جمعية الحوسبة الآلية الأمريكية، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة حاول الباحث و من خلال إجراءات الدراسة الإجابة عن الأسئلة الآتية : 1.

ما معايير رابطة معلمي علوم الحاسوب و جمعية الحوسبة الآلية الأمريكية الموصى بتضمينها في مناهج تعليم الحاسوب للمرحلة المتوسطة ؟ 2.

ما مدى توافر معايير رابطة معلمي علوم الحاسوب و جمعية الحوسبة الآلية الأمريكية في كتب الحاسوب المدرسية للمرحلة المتوسطة في العراق ؟ 3.

ما مدى جودة كتب الحاسوب المدرسية للمرحلة المتوسطة في العراق في ضوء معايير رابطة معلمي علوم الحاسوب و جمعية الحوسبة الآلية الأمريكية ؟ تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الموضوعات التي تم تضمينها في محتوى كتب الحاسوب المدرسية و المقررة من قبل وزارة التربية و التعليم العراقية للمرحلة المتوسطة في العراق، و البالغ عددها كتابين، و عينة الدراسة هي مجتمع الدراسة نفسه للعام الدراسي (2015-2016)م.

و للإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة و لغرض جمع البيانات أستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث قام بتحليل مضمون كتابي الحاسوب من خلال بناء أداة دراسة اشتملت على أثنين و أربعين معيارا فرعيا أن درجت تحت خمسة معايير رئيسية هي (1.التفكير الحسابي، 2.العمل التعاوني، 3.

ممارسات الحوسبة و البرمجة، 4.أجهزة الحاسوب و أجهزة الاتصالات، 5.

المجتمع و العالمية و الآثار الأخلاقية) لرابطة معلمي علوم الحاسوب و جمعية الحوسبة الآلية الأمريكية.

كما تم التأكد من صدق أداة الدراسة و موضوعيتها من خلال عرضها على مجموعة من المحكمين من ذوي الاختصاص و الخبرة، كما تم التأكد من ثبات أداة الدراسة من خلال حساب معامل ثبات التحليل عبر الأفراد و باستخدام معادلة كوبر، حيث بلغت قيمة معامل الثبات (0.90).

و بعد جمع البيانات من خلال رصد التكرارات للمعايير تم وصفها إحصائيا باستخراج النسب المئوية للتكرارات لبيان مدى توافر معايير رابطة معلمي علوم الحاسوب و جمعية الحوسبة الآلية الأمريكية في محتوى كتابي الحاسوب (مجتمع و عينة الدراسة).

و قد أسفرت النتائج عن ترجمة قائمة بمعايير تعليم علوم الحاسوب لرابطة معلمي علوم الحاسوب و جمعية الحوسبة الآلية الأمريكية، التي تحدد مخرجات التعلم للمرحلة المتوسطة، و تكونت القائمة من أثنين و أربعين معيارا فرعيا اندرجت تحت خمسة معايير رئيسية هي (1.التفكير الحسابي، 2.العمل التعاوني، 3.ممارسات الحوسبة والبرمجة، 4.

أجهزة الحاسوب وأجهزة الاتصالات، 5.

المجتمع والعالمية والآثار الأخلاقية).

كما أسفرت النتائج عن أن النسبة المئوية لعدد المعايير التي توفرت و التي أسفر عنها تحليل المحتوى في كتاب الصف الأول المتوسط بلغت (47.6 %) و هي نسبة ضعيفة، و في كتاب الصف الثاني المتوسط بلغت (33.3 %) وهي نسبة ضعيفة أيضا.

و في ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إعادة النظر بمحتوى كتابي الحاسوب المدرسيين لكل من الصفين الأول و الثاني من المرحلة المتوسطة في العراق، في ضوء معايير رابطة معلمي علوم الحاسوب و جمعية الحوسبة الآلية الأمريكية، و العمل على إثراء كتابي الحاسوب بالمعايير الأمريكية بناء على الوزن النسبي لكل معيار رئيسي.

English Abstract

The study aimed to evaluate the computer textbooks for Iraqi middle school according to the criteria of American Computer Science Teachers Association and Association for computing machinery.

For achieving the study objectives, the researcher attempted to answer the following questions through the study procedures: 1.

What are the criteria of the American Computer Science Teachers the Association and Association for computing machinery that are Recommended to include in computer education of middle school curriculum? 2.

What is the extent of providing the criteria of American Computer Science Teachers Association and the Association for Computing Machinery in computer textbooks for at Iraqi middle schools? 3.

What is the extent in quality of computer textbooks at Iraqi middle school according to the criteria of the American Computer Science Teachers Association and the Association for computing machinery? The study population consists of all topics included in the content of computer textbooks and scheduled by Iraqi Ministry of Education for Iraqi middle schools.

The study sample was the study population for the academic year (2015-2016) AD.

For answering the study questions and collecting data, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, where he has analyzed the content of computer textbooks through using a study tool consisting of forty two minor criteria classified in five main criteria (1.mathematical thinking, 2.cooperative work, 3.computing and programming practices, 4.computers and communication devices, 5.society, globalization and moral impacts) for American Computer Science Teachers Association and Association for computing machinery.

The validity and objectivity of study tool have been confirmed through presenting to a set of arbitrators of specialists and experts.

In addition, the reliability of study tool has been confirmed through calculating reliability coefficient through individuals using cooper equation, where the value of reliability coefficient reached to (0.90).

After collecting data through monitoring the frequencies of criteria, data has been described statistically by extracting the percentages of frequencies to show the extent of providing the criteria of American Computer Science Teachers Association and Association for computing machinery in the content of two computer textbooks (the study population and sample).

The results have revealed to a list of criteria of teaching computer science for American Computer Science Teachers Association and Association for computing machinery, which determines the educational outcomes for middle school.

Moreover, the list includes forty two minor criteria classified in five main criteria (1.mathematical thinking, 2.cooperative work, 3.computing and programming practices, 4.computers and communication devices, 5.society, globalization and moral impacts).

The results also have revealed that the percentage of criteria number that are available is reached to (47.6%) in first grade and to (33.3%) in second grade.

According to the study results, the study has recommended the necessity of reconsidering the content of computer textbooks of middle school in Iraq, according to the criteria of American Computer Science Teachers Association and Association for computing machinery, as well as enriching computer textbooks with American criteria according to relative weight for each main criterion.
