Abstract EN

The issue of the sustainable growth characterizes many hydrocarbon exporting countries of the South.Indeed, hydrocarbons remain the dominant sector of the economy.This study aimed to figure the sustainability of growth in the case of Algeria, and to explore the factors that determine the existing deficiencies.To achieve this, the researcher proposes a literature review about various channels that could explain the poor performance of many oil exporting countries, and then, an analysis of the sustainability of growth in Algeria by examining economic indicators in the last twenty years.
