Abstract EN

This research deals with the study of an important topic, especially in the present day, where dispute has appeared clearly.

This research aims at clarifying the truth beyond this type of murder (a doctrinal comparative study).

I have addressed the issue in three sections; the first section studies vocabulary (murder, arson, retribution).

The second dealt with the wisdom of the legitimacy of retribution, and section III dealt with the Reign of this kind of murder as a retribution.The research resulted in the sanctity of the implementation of the death penalty as retribution by burning in fire, but it is permitted to end the soul of the human using the quickest and easier ways without distortion, or prolonged torture, or impairment of its dignity, and this can only be by the sword, or what is derived from it.
