Abstract EN

This study aims at examining the Base: (limitations are not excuted as a result of suspicions) and its applications to robbery.

This study has four demands ; the first is a general definition of the base , and in the second requirement showed the rule of taking suspicions, and the third showed types of suspicions and its controls ; the fourth showed the impact of suspicions on the extent of theft, and the most important applications of this rule.

The study found that the strong suspicions with their own conditions and their legitimacy controls have impact on theft, the blood of a Muslim is not wasted, and his body parts are not cut except if there is clear evidence and proof in which there is not slightest suspicion.
