Abstract EN

Aadministrative decisions have dramatically increased nowadays as a result of increasing the mullinlitation of government departments, which seek to achieve the public interest, and we agree to give to the public interest great importance, but not at the expense of issuing illegal administrative decisions which lead to the cancellation, but also it leads to compensation according to the law of the Court of Justice in Jordan.

This research aims at indicating to the attitude of the Supreme Court of Justice of Jordan from the compensation for administrative decisions which are legitimate; the study shows the harmony between practice and theory.

This research has ensured the position of both France and Egypt for compensation for illegal administrative decisions.
