Abstract EN

This research asserts the meaning of recommended and its situaion in Islam with clarifying the point of view of the responsible Aged who could be scholars, preachers, or ordinary people .

the researcher shows that if the recommended abandonmen is considered as a violation to duty and if such a abandonment has punishment or not, plus what are the hidden reason, if they are available , for this action.

In addition , this research tried to show if the responsible person is voluntary in having or leaving the recommended work or if he has the space in action side or just in leaving side.

All of what is mentioned previously is taken into consideration in this research to avoid the exceeding treatment with the recommended result showed up.
