Abstract EN

The study aims to investigate the Islamic Political Theory, to explain its considerable titular values, and to show how it positively influences political systems in the Muslim world when adopted.

The study is based on the hypothesis stipulating that the Islamic Political Theory is distinguished from other modern theories by the titular values it has which constitute an essential guarantee against the fall of the political systems .

In addition, such values grant it a constant legal popularity.

To verify the theory and to ensure achieving the goals of this study, the researcher used the historical and analytical methods as they both fit to achieve such goals.

The findings of the study assure the validity of the hypothesis from which the researcher came up to the following conclusions : • The Islamic state was at its best the time it applied the Islamic Political Theory in the light of Quran and Sunnah.

• Putting Islamic Shariah aside turned the Islamic political system into a deformity when compared to the non-Islamic political counterparts .

• The absence of Islamic Shariah made the Islamic world use certain western concepts which contradict with the spirit of Islam in word and action .

Such Conclusions dictated the following recommendations: 1- To look for an acceptable method to apply the basic rules to the current systems implemented in the Muslim World.

2- To formulate the legal systems in the Islamic World in accordance with Islamic Shariah.

3- To stress on the use of Islamic Principles in the political systems and to adopt, from western ideology, bonly what suits the Islamic environment.

4- To secure creating an environment in which such recommendations can be implemented.
