This paper highlights the conjugated signification for the verbal formation of (تفعل ).

It discerns that it has one form, that is, affectation, though it has many meanings according to the classical and modern syntacticians.

I have refuted these meanings and proved that they all go back to the essential meaning of its formation.

In doing so, the true signification of this formation is revealed and made sound of if any falsely attributed meanings
