القلق و الاكتئاب بوصفهما من منبئات اضطرابات النوم : دراسة مقارنة بين عينات من الأسوياء و مرضي القلق

Abstract EN

This study aimed to examine the relationship between each of anxiety and depression with sleep disorders, as well as to identify the gender differences in the variables of the study, in addition to knowing the size of the contribution of each of the variables of anxiety and depression in sleep disorders, the study was conducted on samples of normal and anxiety patients consisting of (200 ) of (100) of normal of both sexes divided into (50) males and 50 females, and (100) of patients with anxiety of both sexes divided into (50) males and (50 )females,scale for anxiety,depression and sleep disorders was applied,the application was collective for the significant differences between the sexes of normal sample as well as anxiety patients , significant differences appeared in the variables of the study, and the study's results revealed statistically significant relations among four samples, and resulted in findings also about depression as one of the predictors of sleep disorders in the four samples, and thus partially achieved the study hypotheses.
