Abstract EN

This study aimed at finding out the availability degree of the learning organization dimensions in private basic schools in Amman governorate, from teachers’ point of view.

The sample of the study consisted of( 370 ) male and female teachers, who were drawn by using stratified random sample method, A questionnaire was developed and distributed to the sample of the study.

The findings of the study indicated that: 1.

The availability degree of the learning dimensions in private basic school in Amman was medium.

2.

There were no significant differences at (α ≤0.05) in the availability degree of learning organization dimensions attributed to the academic qualification and experience variables.

3.

There were significant differences at (α≤0.05) in the availability degree of learning organization attributed to gender variable.

In light of the findings, the study recommended the following: - Taking into consideration the findings of learning organization dimensions, when conducting administrative training and development programs for principals.

- Conducting a similar study on other educational stages in Amman governarate .
