The main motive to choose this impressed subject (Mohamed Saeed Al- Habboubi ) his ideological and political role (1849-1915) is that he doesn't acquire the researcher's interest and a lot of scholars confessed that many historians doesn't deal with him carefully.

The step began with limitation of references and source which specialized in that subject and the period of research.

This demands more efforts in private and public libraries as well as the universities ones.

The subject deals with are vividL illuminativeL reformative and Islamic thinker personality.

He is merely (Mohammed Saeed Al- Habboubi )L the leader of strugglers in Al-Shaeba war and he is one of the powerful strugglers against British occupation (1914-1915).SoL it is inevitable to study thoroughly his combating life in addition to the basic preparations for struggling movement as well as its mechanisms including advisory opinionsL messages telegraphs and traveling between tribes and cities and the influence of reverberant speeches.

The other motive is the wish to high light on the ideological trends in Iraq especially in Al-Najaf and its effect on Al- Habboubi personality.
