Main purpose of this research is to identify the extent of the contribution of e-learning in addressing the scarcity of qualified teaching staff، as the increased importance of e-learning in the recent result of changes accelerated witnessed by the world in the field of information technology، as well as increased demand for scientific talent for its significant role in pushing the community to keep abreast of all advances taking place in the world، hence the idea crystallized search.
