Abstract EN

The aim of the present research paper was to identify the relation between responsibility feeling and self- appreciation among female teachers at specialty needs centers in Khartoum State.

To achieve this goal, the researcher adopted the correlational descriptive method via designing measures for testing psycho feeling of responsibility and self-appreciation as instruments to collect data from a sample of 200 respondents.

This sample was selected by the simple random sampling method.

After being collected, the data was analyzed by SPSS statistical, the following results were obtained: Feeling of responsibility among female teachers at special needs centers is high.

Self- appreciation among female teachers at special needs carters is high.

There is a statistical correlation between the feeling of responsibility and Self-appreciation among female teachers at special needs centers.

There are no statistically significant differences in Self- appreciation among female teachers at special needs centers due to the years of experience.

There are no statistically significant differences in Self-appreciation among female teachers at special needs centers du to marital status.

There are no statistically significant differences in the feeling of responsibility among female teachers of special needs centers due to marital status.

The findings of the study were discussed on the basis of the literature provided in the theoretical framework and premiums studies.

In conclusion, the research- er proposed a number of recommendations and suggestions
