The judiciary in Algeria during the Ottoman era The judiciary it is One of the most important topics because The elimination of the state is very important and the base of Justice.

The Ottoman Sultan was appointed judges in Algeria from Constantinople Until the period of days (1671- 1830).

We have tried to study following problem: *-What are the components of the judiciary institution? And How addressed various issues? and That was as follows: 1- Introduction 2- Abstract about the functions of the judiciary institution 3- The reality of the judiciary during the period 4- The judiciary institutions in Algeria at the time: 1- Community Foundation 2- Judge legitimate 3- The Islamic Court 4- Scientific Council 4- The Dey Council 5- Conclusion
