That the great development and rapid in the sport of tennis and the arrival of performance to the extent of innovation and excellence and the great competition in the performance of mathematical skills essential, as it became necessary to find ways of learning to ensure the safety of the player on one side and help the teacher or the teacher to reach the best level planned in the learning of hand the other, is a throwing balls and one of the underlying hardware in learning skills tennis, and that the impact of the use means the instruction to help in the field sports lead to finding appropriate solutions for the educational process, which is provided to make the conditions the instruction easier for the learner as well as the elements of thrill and excitement, security, and which is one of the most important elements in overcoming the barrier of fear in the performance of basic skills difficult.

That the game of tennis, like any other game has its core competencies which form the mainstay strong based on it, and provide the level of any student and their success depends largely on the extent or degree of mastery of these basic skills can be achieved by following the correct method in the ways and means of learning and this skills Aldrepettnin front and rear and chosen by the researchers and who are preparing the basic skills of the students in the Faculty of Physical Education is also characterized by difficulty of their performance as you need to learn to use various teaching aids.

The research aims to: 1 - Identifying the impact of the use of utility (throwing a ball) to learn my skills hit the front and rear tennis ground.

Researchers used the experimental method, and selected group of students from the third stage - Faculty of Physical Education - University of Babylon, and by (25) students make up the group the research community to learn the basic skills (my skills hit the front and rear tennis ground) on a throwing balls, the sample was divided into two officer and experimental and by (12) student for each group was designed researchers curriculum proposed for the learn Almharatin under took the curriculum (6) weeks, a period of the first semester and by units per week and by (90) minutes for each educational unit, the researchers used statistical methods using the bag statistical (SPSS) version of the seventh century.

And the dependence in the implementation of the experiment the main topic on the vocabulary of the curriculum at the college in terms of progress with the skills and the time period set out to learn all the skill, experience has reached the main (8) weeks, and the educational unit in a week.

Through the search results was reached the following conclusions: 1 - was to use the proposed approach a positive impact on learning my skills hit the front and rear tennis ground for students.

2 - that the use of enhanced educational tools to help better than the approach that has increased the effectiveness of learning two skills.

3 - that the best learning effect in the experimental group appeared in my skills to the front and rear Aldharptin tennis.

4 - use the utility to learn my skills hit the front and rear tennis ground.

Talibatsaad to increase interaction and discussion and to distinguish between members of one group.

In light of the findings of researchers from the results, recommend Bohmha: 1 - Adoption of utility in the process of learning my skills hit the front and rear tennis ground students in the Faculty of Physical Education as well as the possibility of using the proposed approach for students of colleges of education and sports departments.

2 - means you must be an essential part of the educational content of the curriculum in all learning activities taught in the colleges of physical education.
